As the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread through our communities the safety of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us.
We want to share an update on what EZBOXVA is doing to keep our customers and our employees safe while continuing to deliver our portable storage containers to our customers.
EZBOXVA is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Safety & Social Distancing Measures:
EZBOXVA Portable Storage is doing our part to ensure our employees and customers safety by implementing the following protocols:
As a contact free service, EZBOXVA Portable Storage is able to deliver and move containers without customer interaction. Should contact be necessary, drivers will follow distancing protocol of 6 FT.
Our drivers are sanitizing high touch areas on containers such as door handles, locks, etc. They are also increasing sanitation of their trucks.
For our associates, we are reinforcing frequent hand washing and use of alcohol-based sanitizer.
If a driver or associates is feeling unwell they are required to stay home.
All customers can sign their contracts online through our customer portal.
EZBOXVA is one of the few businesses where there is almost no human-to-human interaction required. Our drivers are able to supply your container without personal contact. Our containers are a critical resource to many people and businesses. We are asking for your patience and understanding for any service delays that may arise.
Currently, EZBOXVA is fully staffed and working normal business hours. We are developing contingency plans to address any potential disruption in operations.
